Admissions Process

When to Apply

ODCS encourages families to begin the application process as soon as possible. The application must be completed and supplemental application forms downloaded and completed. A non-refundable application fee must be submitted with each application. (50% of the application fee is returned if a student is not accepted.) Application fees are $130 per student for Kindergarden - grade 12 and $95 per student for preschool. At times some classes are at capacity, please call the admissions office at 440-326-2367 to make sure there is space available in the grade you desire before applying.

***Current ODCS families please note that the process to re-enroll your child for the next school is not the same process as applying. Do not apply again. Instead, please call Mrs. Collins at 440-326-2367 for instructions.

How to Apply

The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online, as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their admission after their application has been submitted.

Creating an Online Application

TO BEGIN the Online Application process, select "Create an Account".
THEN log into your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
AFTER submitting the application, you will be able to track your online admissions status at the school by logging into your account. Once there, you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms, and reprint the supplemental forms (if necessary).

After Application

Once you submit your child(ren)’s application(s), we will personally walk you through the admissions process, helping you gather references and support material to complete your file. After your application is complete, we will contact you to schedule your family interview (K-12) and any student placement tests or screenings that would apply.
